So yeah, I'm trying to find a crack for Tuneup Utilities, and I managed to find some of the nastiest malware I've ever seen. Had to format, and I need a new Product Key before I can reinstall XP. This post is coming from roommate's comp. Yeah, it's gonna be a while before I can do anything...Peace

Yeah. I wish that I could've magically kept all my music though. Some of that stuff is going to be hard to get back...

I downloaded about 7 and a half gigs of music yesterday, including a 1.5 GB compilation of all my favorite old 90s alternative stuff - those 1 or 2 songs by a band to ever make it to radio. I still haven't been able to find a lot of stuff though.

....it's not like everything on the drive is just -gone- when Windows bites it. You could've brought the drive to me or Tom, probably even Powell -- though he gets a little jumpy when you make him open his case -- and just copied the relevant bits off of it.

Well considering the shit reset my Windows registration(something I've never heard of, to be honest), I was just a bit scared to hook it up to someone else's computer. Believe me, I didn't just format it because I thought it was the only option - I just felt it was the safest one.
