but yeah definitely, not to mention i've heard like 1984209154901247138 people say how awesome atomic pink was on their hair, and how long it stayed and so on, whereas for cupcake pink i really haven't heard anything at all. Thank you!! Yeah, I'm really into the blue still but I'm excited to try something else as well. It's hard to pick though! AND YOU SHOULD TOTALLY DO THE PURPLE PINK OKAY, it would look so boss. The color is Virgin Rose by Special Effects, and I don't think you'd even have to bleach cos your hair's so light. There are lots of places to buy it online, and if you have a Sally's Beauty Supply nearby they probably stock it too. JUUUUUST SAYING

Idk, I still have a free partial hair-coloring at this little indie hair boutique on Bardstown Road that I won in a raffle last year. Lololol-- they're certain to have crazy colors. I think I may get a streak of purple or blue put in for Senior Prom :)

lol thanks though! And yeah, I've always loved that shade of orange for hair, but I'd never seen a specific dye that did it until this one post that had that photo. Apparently it's "Tigerlily Orange" by Manic Panic, and it's discontinued and I don't think MP is the best brand for dyes BUT I WOULD STILL TRACK IT DOWN somewhere, somehow, just cos it's a really nice color.

MAY I SUGGEST YOU THINK LONG AND HARD ABOUT THESE BANGS.

Bangs are a life-changing decision. I got mine cut in, oh, October? after not having any bangs since I was like... 11. I wanted them for a while because they looked so cute on everyone else! But I've been tortured by them since. And when they grow out, they look all gnarly and you end up looking unkempt and there's only so much I can do with bobby pins, and about FIVE TIMES NOW I have just given up and cut the damn things again so I don't look so gnarly, which DEFEATS THE POINT OF GROWING THEM OUT SO IT IS A VICIOUS NEVER-ENDING CYCLE.

Anyway. I think you would look cute with bangs! But since you said you've never had them, I just thought you should be aware of the anguish they can cause you. SO CHOOSE WISELY, YOUNG FRIEND.

LMAO i love how you have this intense tirade of awfulness against bangs and then you're all ~i think they would look cute!~, it's great XDD that does sound pretty annoying though. Buuut I really want them! My reasoning is that I've grown up with my hair in my face perpetually so I'm used to that, and also I don't really break out at all on my forehead so I don't think it would be a problem for the skin, annnnnd also that i really want bangs, lol. BUT I APPRECIATE YOUR CAUTIONARY TALE QUITE A BIT, and will ponder long and hard if a life with bangs is the life for me.

Blue really suits you, it brings out your eyes. That is a really adorable picture of you. Do you find that you have to mind what you're wearing so that it doesn't clash with your hair? I really like the orange in that picture.

thank youuu! and i mean yeah, a little bit -- i had this whole thing in my head about how after my hair was blue, i'd get lots of red clothes to wear and it would be AWESOME, buuuut i have discovered that apparently red clashes with the shade of turquoise/aqua/whatever it actually came out, so that didn't really pan out. red didn't look too good when i was a redhead either though, so go figure. In any case, I kind of veer naturally toward wearing a lot of green, so that's pretty handy....and really, every other color i've tried wearing -- other shades of blue, purple, yellow, orange, monochrome, etc -- looks good with it, soooo no complaints. And it makes PINK look a lot better on me than it did before, so that's nice.

i looove that orange. confidentially, it's sort of how i pictured hime's hair back in the day. This picture, too.
