I was reading back through some old emails this morning. The last time I did that I was filled with regret, shame and embarrasment. This time though, I just laughed. I feel as if I'm finally content with myself. I can laugh about mistakes, move on from fears and insecurities and just be me. It only took 29 years!!! LOL
