Holy crow! Two art posts in a row!
And now I sound like Bella Swan, which is the absolute last thing I want. Having more personality than Bella isn't an aspiration--it's a given. It's like saying "humans ought to be smarter than sea slugs". Of course it doesn't always work.
It's always a problem when you don't know if the image looks better as flats or painted. ._.
The following rambling is copypasta from the DA page:

Surprisingly enough, I can draw feet, but I can't colour them. Colouring them is just too difficult to think about.
Very, VERY unhappy with the staff. I half-assed some research on woodlore and thought her staff ought to be poplar wood, but it looked nothing short of horrendous and the dark wood look a thousand times better so I attempted to compromise but failed miserably. Bleggh.
Shiny things = fun to draw.
Also, the colour scheme kind of sucks. Tala pointed it out and I was just like "asjdjslklkasjlljkfljkads", but too late now. Dx"
I'd ramble about Velisaira, but I really can't be bothered.
So far, a portrait of my art muse, Aerim. Quite possibly the only human painting I've ever tried that didn't turn into a pile of crap within the first four layers, and that actually stands a decent chance of being completed. SO PROUD OF THE PALLET. xD;;;;
