It makes me jealous, though. I would have to spend about 4.5 times that to buy a one bedroom apartment around here. Pittsburgh is so freakin' cheap!

I'm also jealous at the bargain you got. Where I live, the same house would have an extra "0" tacked on to the price tag. :/

We're buying a house too - getting one built near Silver Lake. Isn't it a scary and wonderful experiance?
