My friend Ashish is getting married at the end of June...and he invited me to go! It'd be really awesome, and I've never been to India before...but I don't know if I can take time off. You don't just go to India for a day or two, it's a 30+ hour flight so I'd have to take a week, probably...

I should change my last post to say that I hate my sister.

Living with my mom is also a pain, but mainly because she has to deal with Kristi and always jumps into our fights to try and mitigate.

The DePaul half of the family is fine :-)

Thank God. I will be moving out of this house in June, either at the beginning or the end of the month. That time cannot come fast enough. I will be living on my own, in an apartment in Dormont or Mt. Lebanon (because I want to be close to the bus/T).

I'll have a housewarming party that I hope you'll all attend.

A friend sent me a 10 day free trial of WoW...I foresee myself not getting much done over the next 10 days. :-)

And I'd like to thank Facebook...for the million people who got b-day reminders and the many who wrote on my wall :-)

So this weekend I was in DC for the national Cherry Blossom Festival...it was awesome. If you've never been, you really should go - but make sure you go on the day of the Japanese Street Festival. They have 5 or 6 blocks worth of booths selling food and crafts, stages with performances from martial arts to traditional culture to j-pop, and games ( Read more... )
