This seems so weird. I cannot imagine a world in which you are overly aggressive. It sounds like a weird one.

ALSO: I am in complete agreement about the evacuation thingy. It is INSANITY to pretend this is not relevant. And even if it wasn't for the whole constant AFTERSHOCKS thing, I think any manager/leader worth their salt would recognise that it's a valid concern for people who have recently gone through a pretty major DISASTER. GOD! SOME PEOPLE!
