I had this thought, after opening the front doors to put my washing on the deck (and also, I have to add, after rigorously checking the lounge for cats and shutting the rest of the doors so they couldn't make a break for the border if they were in one of the other rooms) and after Helios shot out onto the lawn: Aww, that cat he's playing with looks

surely resilience would be resistance to stress, or capacity to deal with stress? How do they phrase it?
