I wake up today to a letter from Clackamas County Justice Court. They seem to think I owe them $300 for not having a life jacket sometime last summer. I already did some hoop jumping to take care of this the first time, this is bullshit. I don't have $300.

Its like they fucking know. Its like they are trying to fuck with me.
