Thank you for writing about your tea tasting! Pu-erh is one of my all-time favorite teas, if not my absolute favorite. I have boatloads of the stuff (nothing fancy, just Peet's). One day I wouldn't mind traveling to China to buy it from the people who make it, although I've read that fake Pu-erh is a big problem. Ah well.
You should come over for Pu-erh one day soon. You probably already know this, but always rinse off the tea brick and warm the pot before making your tea! MMMM Pu-erh.
PS J says it's uncommon for Westerners to enjoy Pu-erh because it is so earthy. Woohoo for us!
