Thank you! I am impressed at your fast response, and so is Mr. Philena. He says, "Toodle-pip!"

Thank you! The kiddies will not be calling him Mr. Philena unless they read my livejournal, which I sincerely hope they do not.

okay, good. I was confused. Are you taking his last name, or he yours, or is it a multi-hyphenated affair?

No one is changing anyone's name. I just like calling him Mr. Philena in LJ-land.

Hey! Congrats on getting married! Your plans sound super fun! Have a wonderful time. :)

Also, I'm glad to hear that that Indian restaurant is good. I'll be at 2686 Sacramento St. (I found a studio, yay!), so it's good to know I have a good restaurant nearby!

Take care, and enjoy the summer before all hell breaks loose we start ling grad school!

In a manner reminiscent of the UofC stalker-net (or was that before your time? It allowed you to put in any one of the following items and would then spit back out the rest: name, or part of a name, CNet-ID, email, phone number, dorm, house, room number, and so on. It was particularly worrying because you could just put in a house name and it would give you all that information for everyone who lived there. They took it down my second year or so), I have google-mapped your address. You're pretty far south on Sacramento from where I am, so I believe there are many, many other good restaurants much closer to you than Breads of India. I don't know your particular neighborhood too well, but if you walk north about five blocks to Channing, it's a really nice stroll through some lovely old houses with nice gardens west to Shattuck, right where the southern part of the downtown Berkeley drag begins.
