you bought guy jeans? Cool! I've found that girls look good in guy jeans -- not so hip/thigh-hugging and butt-enhancing, but guys look horrible in girl jeans (for the same reasons -- their butt is simultaneously longer and less round)

I totally disagree about men's fashion: I think it's incredibly boring and needs far more variety. examples, please?

The superiority lies entirely in the fact that men do not require tight, form-fitting blue jeans. They exist, but it's practically impossible to find jeans that you could go hiking or gardening in in women's sections, and that's what I need. Any women's jeans I try on are too tight around my legs, which means that the pockets are unusable, and if they fit my legs comfortably the waist is so loose that they don't stay up.

These generalizations only hold for pants that cost less than $30. I suppose if I were willing to pay more I could find what I'm after, but I'm not, so I make do in the men's department.

have you tried JCPenney or Sears? I buy my working jeans from there. Canyon River Blues and Levi's are my favs for gardening and hiking.
