They didn't want us to leave~! We were told to stay put and hunker down. *hunkers*
We're in NW Houston, except not the NW Houston that people normally mean, which is like, way outside of the city (and safer). That is to say, we're just NW of downtown, which is kinda bad since the nearest areas that were evacuated just were on the eastern side of downtown. *nodnod* I guess we have downtown to block the storm for us? XD;
