That is ridiculous! And that one person who had the brilliant idea of charging a parent a fine if their kid gets taken... wtf.

I remember when my mom attempted to use a kid leash on Addis (I assume it was because I always ran off as a kid). She would find a way out of it and the new freedom would inspire her to go on adventures in the store. More trouble than it's worth.

Unless you are a nanny or babysitter. You'd get more jobs.

I quite enjoyed that bit of stupidity. I would love that law because I hate kids and would enjoy seeing their misery.
