Death by pimple.

I'm waiting in a clinic in Mountain View (or possibly Sunnyvale, I'm not sure) to get my head examined.

My forehead, to be more precise.

On Wednesday or Thursday last week, noticed what seemed like the beginnings of a massive pimple on my forehead. I reacted accordingly, with spot treatment from Anthony Logistics For Men and acid-based face washes

aww, poor chap. get some rest, and get to grips with the not-scratching. Never had chicken pox or anything when you were younger?

Well, that's the thing, I did... Apparently, one is never cured of chicken pox, and on occasion those who have been infected can suffer a relapse in adulthood that emerges not as chicken pox, but as shingles. The virus just lays dormant or something, never goes away, and can be provoked by stress, lack of sleep, immune weakness, etc etc...

Indeed. Many viruses is for life. Sorry it wasn’t staph. That’s wierd to say.
