New gourmet vegan restaurant opening late January/early February 2010 in NEW HOPE, PA is seeking:

-line cooks
-prep cooks
-host/floor managers
-servers
-bussers
-dishwashers

Applicants may be vegetarian or not and have any level of experience, although restaurant experience, general food knowledge and knowledge of vegetarian/vegan cuisine and diets are a plus.

Staff will be responsible for understanding menu terminology and ingredients used, so please be willing to learn. We expect a high level of dedication.
