So tomorrow I'm going to the copabanana for happy hour. The last time I went there I was omni, so I don't know what vegan options are worth trying. I called, but the people there seemed confused about my questions, so I figured I'd ask here. If I remember right they have veggie burgers (don't think they are vegan though) a grilled portabella burger that might fit with some modification (remove cheese, mayo and possibly the bun) and mushroom fajitas.

Just yesterday I walked by there and was pleasantly surprised to notice that there were a couple things specifically listed as vegan on the sign they put out on the sidewalk.
