Today's bento:
Contents: Spinach chicken parmesan; broccoli and shiitake mushrooms; marinated mozzarella and yellow grape tomatoes; wheat thins, cheddar cheese, and turkey pepperoni; blueberries and champagne mango.
Prep: Easy. The chicken and veggies were left over from last night's dinner. I cut up the champagne mango and put it in a small tupperware container, so it was easy to scoop it into the lunch box this morning.
Verdict: The chicken tasted better today than the night before, but I need to remember to cut it into smaller pieces next time! I may have been hungrier than usual today, because I ate my snack box much earlier in the day. I definitely liked the champagne mango--just as delicious as a regular mango, but with a creamier texture that really complimented the blueberries.

Prep: Easy. I quartered the bagel for a different visual look. The fruit was pre-cut the night before.
Verdict: Filling and tasty. Rotating fruit every day keeps me from feeling monotony about my daily bagel. ;)
Went to Charles' tonight to celebrate his 30th birthday with pizza, Wii, and cake. Good times. I am way full from cake, and the cake made me sneeze.
