Bummer on the decaf house blend. Their house blend is really nice -- about 70% Tanzanian Peaberry and 30% French Roast. A lovely blend.
I'll bet the Ethiopian is great straight up. I also like their Celebes Kalossi and sometimes when they are out of the house blend, I go for the Celebes and get them to blend it with a little Ethiopian, just to get a hint of Africa in the cup.
Next time I'm there I'm gonna snag a 1/4 lb of the Kona.
I'm still putting off the All Saints datadump. It'll take me hours to gather the info on all of us. I'm a terrible example.
i was going thru papers to find my baptism date and my chrismation date - and stumbled across a load of birthday cards and notes from friends. it's good to have the love of family and friends before you like that.
I totally agree. I have all sorts of sentimental papers from my friends. It really does provide a kind of tangible dimension to our rather intangible relationships... reminds us of how important our relationships are when we have that historical perspective, huh?
