So after a pair of shoes, a pair of gloves, a pair of snakeskin boots, lots of hugs, saying goodbye, an uncomfortable train ride....I'm back to being the lonely Yokan again. Lots of damage control to do. All we did was eat and eat! I forsee many visits to the gym and onsens henceforth!

So it's Dexter's last morning in Yoka. It's 8.23am and because I slept at the obaachan hour of 12am last night, I'm awake. I got him hooked on SVU, and I have no idea what time he slept but at least he's not snoring! Hahahha. It's a beautiful morning. The snowflakes are dancing in the sunlight and it's not too cold! So Dexter and I had a brilliant dinner at Funaki last night. We had warm sake and it was so fucking delicious that I'd actually throw some back now, yes. Woohoo! I must say that Dexter is the most excellent houseguest ever! He's neat, he doesn't sleep on my bed with dirty clothes on, and he's totally independent! He went up to Hachikogen all by himself yesterday! He took a 6 1/2 minute video of himself snowboarding to prove it! Hahahaha! I'm so glad he's here! He must be really pooped from boarding though.
