Alternate Marvel Thoughts

I seem to have a problem with alternate marvel universes.  I try to get into them, but the characters on the whole just don't feel "right".  Granted, I've only read some of Zombie and Ultimate and House of M and the Fairy Tale universes and that's not a large sample size, but since I don't have that much money I'm going to just keep to what I was

I agree with you almost compleatly. Do to the limited time they could nto get too much into thigns in the House of M stuff, but the comics that were not directly tied to the main story line did show some of the ways getting everything they want and still having problems got delt with, especially Spiderman who got to be pulbic, have Gwen, and still had his emo issues. Or Hulk and Banenr who got peae with each other and being left alone but still ended up forced to get involved in things because Avalanch and Pyro are morons in every universe.
