I'm full of random advice on how to get to sleep better and, well, sleep better. Having a consistent sleeping/waking time is a good start, and a rule that I break all the time. Only use your bed for sleep so it conditions the body. Avoid alcohol or soda right before bed. Avoid food right before bed.
Also, my dad takes melatonin, which I believe is supposed to help your body find its natural sleep cycle. I haven't tried it yet (I may; my sleep schedule is a bloody mess right now). Might help. I'd bet you're having lingering problems from the overnight gig at Target. Your body doesn't know what to think. That and, of course, college, which as we all know is a killer of Sleep.
