Ok, so I was busy yesterday, and didn't get a chance to update for day 5. Yesterday I made the dubious decision of attending a good friend's barbeque... I did not eat, but it definitely put me in a foul mood, and I ended up smoking 2 cigarettes while I was there. I can live with that. I think the issue was that I had prepared myself to see
