Stumbled across the story-made-of-tattoos project while doing research for my paper, I remember that one of you was considering getting it a long time ago--flats, maybe? I still like the idea--it's one of a very few things that might make me consider getting a tattoo ( Read more... )

Not for the most part, but this guy wrote a pissy book (Twisty Little Passages, 2003) where he shouted "Pay attention to us, you stupid hypertext fiction people! We're really awesome!"

And since then there has been more crossover interest, which I think is a good thing. Hypertext people are generally more interested in story-based IF (like Adam Cadre and Emily Short) than in extremely puzzly IF. Which is good by me, since I'm terrible at puzzles.

"venus in furs" by the velvet underground...huzzah for dominatrices...is that the plural of dominatrix?

if the hypertext you wanna learn is just html, that's super easy...i can help if you want, as i am currently fluent with information technology...and by that i mean i have a neat book with a short mini guide and html was the last part of my compsci class i actually understood enough to remember/care about.
