(to be fair, i didn't think of the idea to reinvent that quote first it was jenki haz a new toothbrush! it was Stupid Expensive (for a toothbrush) but considering my teeth are absolutely terrible (not my fault! i have sjogren's syndrome, which is an autoimmune disease that attacks all the body's mucous membranes; as a result i have not enough saliva

Phin, I just wanted to let you know that I lost Salt this morning. Her poor little heart and lungs gave out. I know you've enjoyed the pictures and stories about her, and I don't think you're on FB ... so I wanted to share with you. I'm sorry this is off-topic.

I wrote a memorial post about her. (It's long, don't feel obligated to read it all. :)

I have been thinking of you for the last couple of days, because I have a linky for you. I am not up to finding the URL, but search for "porcupine who thinks he is a puppy" on YouTube.

I have a ridiculous horror of cavities and dentists. I should probably be investing in better toothbrushes and things, considering that everyone else in my family has major dental problems and it's probably only a matter of time until I do too.

Crepes! I need to make some of those. Mmm.

it's a lovely way to wake up, much better than the beeping alarms (they scare me, ugh). i highly recommend it if you're in the market for a clock. it's not even hugely expensive.
