Alpine Valley tix

If anyone missed out, I've got some tickets. Throw out an offer for a pair for either night.

E-mail me at heywoodhead@yahoo.com, and we'll talk. I'm not naming a price, so just throw out an offer on what you can spend.

Stay classy.

Also - I went to your journal and this:

Wihtout factoring in all the fees I'll need to pay ebay and the money paypal took out and shipping, I made $200 on those Phish tickets.

I'll be waking up bright and early tomorrow.

Soooo...you sold them already?

Rent ain't cheap, and I have no job.

It's more legal than selling drugs.

I'll admit what I'm doing may not be all that ethical, but hey, I'm in the same boat when it comes to Jimmy Eat World tickets in Chicago. I want 'em, but unless I'm ready to pay $300+ for a pair, I'm up shit creek without a paddle.

I don't LIKE the fact that I'm doing this, as I actually want to go to the show, but my economic situation dictates that I should not go myself, and I need the money.
I'm not telling you all that I want $2000 for one ticket. I'm telling you to let me know what you can pay.

You stay classy, too, since you know all about me and are of course free to judge me.

And in regard to my post, I was able to get Noblesville tickets on Friday. It was significantly easier than the Alpine Valley tickets on Saturday morning for reasons unknown.

Maybe you should save the money you spend on tickets to scalp to pay your rent?

This is a community for fans of the band, not for scumbag scalpers. Try this at a show, you'll get laughed off of the lot.

I know. As I stated above, I don't like the fact that I'm doing this, and if I had steady income to pay rent, I'd be happy to pass along tickets at face+fees, but sadly, I'm not in a position to do so.

I feel bad enough as it is, as I have always hated it when people do exactly as I'm doing now. I just need to pay my rent.

It's better than selling drugs, but that's about it in my book. The ethics are questionable, undoubtedly.
But I have to do what i have to do.

Good day.

I understand where you're coming from, and I hope you the best.
It will always irk me when people buy up a bunch of tickets to flip them, for whatever reason...to take the potential good time away from people that can't pay a hundred+ over ticket value. It sucks.

"I feel bad," but... you're doing it anyway. So obviously, you don't actually feel bad.

Just sayin'.

I could care less about your reasons for doing what you're doing, & I am not a tie-dye wearing druggie fan, but you're pretty stupid/lame for posting those antics in a Phish fan community where, like someone else stated earlier, people have already been bitching about not being able to buy tickets-- probably because super scalpers were sucking them all up. Use your poor-me, can't-find-a-real-job brains there, kid.

People still listen to Phish?

Phish is still together?

Back in the eighties, they were just the opener for MAX CREEK every wednesday at the Living Room.

There were always lots of us HX kids in the parkinglot, but only for the N2O.

I'd feel bad too if I bought up tickets that I intended to sell for a higher price. I'd feel really bad taking away tickets from fans and selling them to the highest bidder. Then again, I'd only pretend to feel bad once I'd sold them and made the quick (but dirty) dollar.... that's what you're saying when you claim to feel bad, right?

The Phans don't like your kind so it is not something personal: you choose to be a person that we categorically do not like or respect. Accordingly, if you want respect and your character upheld as upstanding, stop choosing to be so shady.
