parenting solo, one never finds the exact time to shower. After bedtime is "my time" so I don't want to waste it showering. I set my alarm for 6:30 to get up before Marnie and shower, but Marnie was up at 6:15

I find it funny that bathing isn't something on your list of things to do on "[your] time". Maybe that's a difference between boys and girls.
