The Palm Beach Story - (11/13) Brilliant comedy, coming on the tail end of a great run, Sturges pokes fun at the rom-com genre, then fulfills all the expectations. Silly. Sexy. Shakespearian.

You have them backward. That's one of the few movies I've ever liked Hank in. And the big bunny is sweeter than you give it credit. Otherwise, I'm with ya.

I don't think we ever spoke of The Wrong Man. Let this exhange suffice: "You're the best dad in the world!" "Thanks for telling me that, Tommy."

yes, Fonda is decent in this, and the story is more solid than Palm Beach Story but Stanwick blew me away. Having only seen her in Double Indemnity, I knew nothing of her charm or beauty.

Oh, and Harvey is terrible. Stewart is always good, but of all the other characters in the story, the most even and believable is the invisible rabbit.

Oh, I forgot Stalag 17 (9/13) and In the Heat of the Night (9/13) both great, smart thrillers with so much more going on. Sidney Poitier ties with William Holden for badass of the year (1953/1967).
