All I can say is that that fucking thing has caused me to almost-crash-my-damn-car EVERY time I've driven near it and it's a fucking dangerous eyesore and should be removed.

What makes me really, really angry is that at least one of the repeating messages is "lit" in one color letters against another color background, and these are somehow the colors I can't distinguish and I can't fucking read it.
