The trick is to make the existing lyrics as dirty as possible via tone, emphasis, etc.

See, I think I've got this part down pat. That, coupled with possibly changing the last "hurry down to the chimney tonight" into a "hurry down my chimney" could be all the innuendo I'll need. No need to overdo things, because they neeeever do that in strip joints. ;)
