Oh, that was lovely! My favorite line:

Pretty was something you would always associate with her. You had been thinking that way for so long that it makes you wonder if she was the one who defined the word for you.

I bet she feels the same way about him.

Unfortunately, I can't take too much credit for that line. I've heard various versions of it in and out of HP fanfic as well as books. But I thank you anyway, and I most definately think Hermione feels the same!! :)

Wow, I discovered this little gem through Lilly's journal - I'm so glad she referenced it - a really lovely DH missing moment - one of the best I've read. And I absolutely love the last line! Perfect!

Awww (hugs Lilly for referencing it!) I'm so so happy that you liked it!! The last line was actually an after thought. I was about to post and re-read it once again and thought the previous last line (Harry kicking voldy's butt) was a little too angsty to end on so I pegged the last bit to the end!! *smiles* that you appreciated the change!!
