I love that it only took me ONE HOUR to get from Sac to Burbank!!! That's so effing awesome. Btw, Bob Hope Airport you stole a piece of my heart. I got to walk out of the plane down the stairs like old school days. <3 it

I love it when customers do nice things like that. There's an old lady and her husband who come to our starbucks and it's amazing how when they walk in everyone behind the bar starts to smile because they're nice, know our names, actually listen after asking how we are and all the lovely little things that makes for a pleasant coffee shop.
