:^) It's a little hard to explain in writing, but co-counseling is a sort of underground/for-the-people self-development method that involves two or more people sharing time to talk and listen. There's a whole social movement around it, and two slightly different approaches. I was invited by a friend and, once I confirmed that it wasn't a cult, attended a class. After the initial introductory class, co-counselors usually join on-going classes, but I wasn't interested. I've got few people I use the method with, but otherwise just enjoy how the experience has changed me for the better.
