I'm sorry to have to trouble you, Captain Vimes. I can only imagine how much work you've had to do with this asylum incident.
However, the patients you've arrested are under my care, and the sooner I can get access to them, the better. Any information you've been able to acquire regarding the chemical would also be a great boon to me. And I'd like to know when I can get back into the asylum -- I need to assess damages and would like to make sure my patient's personal files are safe from looters.
Alright Doctor. I know we've all got our jobs to do. My men are clearing out the lock down now, you should be able to get your papers and whatnot in two days barring any other disaster. I can't spare anyone to escort you in right now. Sorry but that's how it is.
As for your patients you can come to the station and work with them, but they are being taken care of as well as we can. The side effects of--whatever that compound was are making them too dangerous for regular hospitalization.

Thank you again, Captain. I will be in to check on my patients post haste. With any luck I'll be able to take them of your hands in the near future.
I've heard that Dr. Teru Mikami's photograph was attached to one of the victims. I hate to pester you with rumors, but you can understand that I'm very concerned for the safety of my remaining staff. If there has in fact been a threat made against Mikami, I will have to make changes to how I planned to deploy him.

If you want it at your apartment door, I should just hand it to you in person.
I'm sure you'd love to hear what I have to say with it too.
So, where is your lovely place?

Oh, really? This is a small world. I'm in the same apartment block. What floor?

This could all be rumor, of course, but I'd personally feel better if you hired some sort of bodyguard, at least until we know for sure.
