The Balloon Race this year was a little disappointing but still fun. Dawn patrol was cancelled because the grass was too wet (imagine that in the desert) to lay out the fabric. However, as the day progressed, the weather improved and the balloons all launched. The announcer said there were 108, but I didn't think I saw that many. He also said

Sucks about the dawn patrol thingy not working out, but cool that you got to see all of those balloons. Sorry I missed them.
