What have I been doing these past few months...

I'm straying back into the glorious world of anime, manga, otomage and by extension, seiyuu.

I think it all started when I watched Akagami no Shirayukihime one night because of Boredom (yes, with the capital B), then I went spiralling back into that world, all the while keeping a somewhat absentminded attention to V6's activity. That's why I rarely appear on the comm ^^

Speaking of Akagami, I read the manga and it was so good~ just the type I like, shoujo but not too heavy on the romance. Not to mention the art is great! Everything I yearn for from a shoujo manga is there. After Akagami, there were streams of new manga I read, ranging from shoujo to shounen and everything in between. Oh and Pandora Hearts is finally finished T^T such masterpiece... seems like almost every manga that left great impression on me are published by SquareEnix (Pandora Hearts, Nabari no Ou, Spiral among other things). Haha, I'm such an SE fangirl

Now on the world of otomage, otome game or visual novel if you please, the huge happening is probably (beside the US Vita localization for Norn9, Code:Realize, and Amnesia?) the completion of Storm Lover fan-translation XD !! I finally have enough reason to turn on my PSP and play the heck out of it. Unlike any other otomage I've played, I didn't play my favorite male chara's route first and instead went for the second best. I've been wondering for a while if I'm really naturally attracted to the sickly and/or angst filled guys because out of all the otomage I've played, almost everyone's that type. I don't know if I really like to torture myself but after playing and enduring the tragedy on Okita Souji's route (Hakuoki), I wonder why I picked Rikka out of all the available males in Storm Lover. Well, at least Rikka has a real happy ending to countermeasure his 'good' ending. Still, the tears T^T... I imagine what would have happened if I finished Black Wolves Saga on Rath's route, which is pretty much unlikely because there's only so much I can play before the language barrier finally hinders me. So with this Norn9 is the only otomage I've finished without losing a significant amount of tears. This reminds me I need to start saving up to buy the US localization of Norn9 and the other two, plus the Vita. I hope the price for Vita drops in the near future XD

Finally, the last thing is seiyuu XD. I felt kinda bad neglecting Kaji Yuuki when I get to know V6 cheating on him with Okada. So during my absence from the seiyuu fandom, there are many significant (and not-so significant) changes: Kaji-kun's become more and more popular. I was surprised when I look through his MAL page and saw he was on over 7000+ members favorites XD When did that happen?!? Must be the after effect of Attack on Titan XD. I have been his fan since 2011 when he was beginning to gain popularity. Back then he was only known as that one seiyuu who specialized on voicing shota-type characters, lol. Nowadays he's become more skilled and versatile and has voiced different types of characters, my recent favorite is Kirishima Ayato from Tokyo Ghoul; Miyano Mamoru is still the Mamo-chan everyone loves and fantasizes about, but sadly there's no song I like from his recent single. Something is different about his songs which isn't really on my taste; The last thing that grabbed my attention is this one newcomer (not really) Aoi Shouta. He's such an androgynous beauty that wouldn't look out of place as a talent from Johnny's. I like his singing voice, the kind you will be having difficulty differentiating if it was a male or female singing. I really like him when singing a ballad song, very mesmerizing. Then I found out he is one of the new additions for UtaPri XD I'm so done for. I mean, I was feverish when I heard Mamo (as Ichinose Tokiya) singing on UtaPri, but then they added Shoutan?!?

*coughs* I'm ending this here because if this keeps on, I'll end up writing a short novel.

Okay, let me put this video of Shoutan singing on the 4th UtaPri stage here <3
