A couple more hours of work and then it's the weekend. And I won't be back at work until Tuesday. Yay! My plans for the weekend in chronological order: ( Read more... )
That sounds like a really fun but packed weekend--glad you put lots of sleep in there. :)
We're going to have a pretty busy weekend ourselves between getting ready for our Super Bowl party and tackling some of our home improvement list, though hoping to get some movie-watching in. I somehow ended up with an appointment to get my hair cut at 8 bloody AM on Saturday, but it was either that or have to wait another week, and my bangs are driving me CRAZY.
Let's see if all that sleeping actually happens. I really need to catch up on my sleep, though. 8am is definitely too early for anything on a Saturday! Ah, the tortorues we go through to look good ;) What project are you guys tackling first?
At first when the receptionist told me that was the only time available I said no, but then I called back and took it. Sigh.
Well, Mr. Tater tried to finish putting mulch on the flower beds last night, but had run out of tarp to put down first, so I think he'll have to finish that tonight. We have a couple flowers to plant, too. Tomorrow morning after I get back from my haircut we're going to go over to the flooring shop and look at tile, and then after that we need to paint a spot on the dining room ceiling where Mr. Tater finally finished a repair from a plumbing leak (erm, like two years after he patched it up, lol) and while we're at it we're going to touch up some spots on the molding that have gotten scuffed up. And then I think a run to the home improvement store to pickup some light fixtures, door handles, and a ceiling fan that we've been planning to replace, to knock some of the small things off the list. Busy, busy!
Wow, sounds like you will be super busy, especially with the SuperBowl party on top of all that. I'm probably totally outing myself as a gardening idiot, but why do you have to put a tarp down underneath the mulch? Couldn't you just throw it on top of the soil?
Thank you, my dear! I'm really looking forward to The Artist. I hope it lives up to my (at this point ridiculously high) expectations. But I'm already in love with that dog, so I'm sure I'll love the movie :D We'll see how much sleep I actually manage to get ;)

Somehow I doubt you are going to get much sleep stuffed into that fun filled schedule. Good luck with that.
Safe travels!
