The only way a world could be fixed in orbit around something with no mass (according to you, you do not exert gravitational force, which means you must not have mass) would be for it to have no mass itself... and thereby no occupants, save the occasional possibility of a random particle/antiparticle pair.

In which case, it must be a pretty lonely world you live in. :'(
