Stephe and I joined Weight Watchers this week. After years on the Carbohydrate Addict's diet, I decided it was time for a change. I may well go back to it some day, but for now I'm really excited about getting to eat a piece of fruit or a yogurt whenever I want to. And oatmeal with peanut butter and banana or raisins for breakfast
