Weight Watchers

Stephe and I joined Weight Watchers this week. After years on the Carbohydrate Addict's diet, I decided it was time for a change. I may well go back to it some day, but for now I'm really excited about getting to eat a piece of fruit or a yogurt whenever I want to. Nosh on raw veggies. I've been grazing on broccoli slaw and sliced bell pepper lately. And 94% fat free microwave popcorn is low in points and makes you *feel* full.

So glad you joined the community. Could be fun. :)

I buy it at the store. It's long pieces of broccoli stem, with a bit of carrot and red cabbage. We also found out it's delicious with a very small amount of Litehouse Sesame Ginger dressing, which is low fat.
