Microsoft programs were not designed for academia.

It doesn't even recognize "racialized" as a word.

It should come with Academic Mode, that accepts -ize, -ise and -ation added to any word.

I can't easily interpret the meaning of "racialized" though. Racial isn't a commonly used verb around here. I can see it might be used in Arkansas or thereabouts, as in, "Hey, racial to the crick."
