I can't do this right now. I just don't have the time, motivation, or mental stability to stick to a strict eating/exercise program right now. Everyday is a new day. Every hour is a new hour. Start fresh every hour and eventually things will fall into place. Don't fret over what you did or did not accomplish...baby steps...a little bit at a time and before you know it you'll accomplish what you want to accomplish. Don't give up on yourself. I love you.

Not giving up, mom. I just feel like I have too much going on right now to add one more thing to the massive list of stuff I have to do. I'm just putting it on hold. I might pick it back up one day when I feel more prepared (maybe over the summer), or I may find a different workout/exercise program to do. I'm not giving up on myself; I'm trying to focus on figuring myself out. I love you too!
