Alright, I can’t wait any longer. I’ve been thinking about my new fest dress (for the fall of ’08) and finally have a plan.

Why do these dresses always have such huge creepy sleeves? Were sleeves that fit just unfashionable, or were they waiting on some sort of advance in materials technology? The woman in the first picture totally has Jason Voorhees arms.

I'm not really sure if this was why they did it but huge shoulders, arms and skirts make the waist look tiny. Plus, huge sleeves were, you know, just more fun.

Also, yes, those sleeves above are super creepy...I bet her arms are about half that size. Silly fashions...
