February is the month when I tend to think they should just close the schools in the winter. :)

Actually they are pretty liberal with closing school when bad weather threatens so I guess they need the days to float when snow happens. We always get a second winter break (or two or three) when the snow falls. Feb is just so blah. Ughs.
