Editing Custom Friends Group Posts

I've noticed lately that I can't edit a "custom friends group" post in Phoenix without it reverting to a "friends only" post. To edit these posts, I have to go to the Edit Journal Entry page on the website. Since most of my posts are custom, this is annoying. (Though Phoenix is still the best client.) Any solutions for this problem?

BTW: this happens with both Phoenix 1.9.6 and 1.10.0. OS: 10.5.7.

hello. im new to livejournal and i am drowning in confusion on how to use it. i downloaded thorshammer as a client to post messages but im confused as to how to use and navigate this site. i wish to post blogs on political and social commentary and have debates with others.

Well, for Phoenix, you log in with your LJ name & password, write your post in the box, and then click 'Post Entry.' What are you confused about, in particular?
