Unfortunately, there are no rules given for what you're supposed to do. The main thing appears to be giving the first thing that comes to mind from each bit that ends with a question mark, but I don't know what's with the seemingly arbitrary coloring, sizing, and spacing, which would be a pain in the ass to add in oneself.
