Random Update
Okay, this is going to sound very out of character for me but I actually [i]enjoyed[/i] school today. Some people kinda...scolded me online about my...er...lifestle. And it worked.
I thought it was interesting how many valence electrons are in an atom and how many times an atom can bond with other atoms. Math, algebra to be more specific, was actually not too bad. Kind of kool in a way... challenging. History was great, even though I've always liked it, but today it seemed even better. I have to say honestly I think Truman was a bad president. I don't care for him at all. In journalism we're about to start photography. My teacher, Mrs.Fishel, actually asked me to join one of the journalism two classes because I wasn't planning on it. The classes I could take for journalism two are Broadcasting (School new on TV,) School Newspaper Staff, or Yearbook committee. It took me by surprise because I thought I was horrid in that class. I didn't imagine her ever asking me in particular and then laughing when I said I thought I was bad at it. I think I'm going to do broadcasting.
I talked to my counselor about the journalism two class during lunch to see what she thought and she sounded hyped. We talked about my schedule and what I plan on doing later in life. She's a pretty kool lady. She doesn't get annoyed with me like most people do when I act my age. (hee... like an angst teen...I find that funny...)
Eventually our talk turned to Harry Potter, (I was carrying COS with me and she asked if I've read the whole series.) She was telling me about how her son was had read the books 1-4 but she won't let him read 5 or 6 yet because it could be somewhat frightening for an 8 year old. I told her I wasn't sure about that because he would be imagining character's dying in his own mind which is different then seeing them actual die. When an 8 year old imagines death it's only their imagination and they might not all the way understand death. Or that's how I view it. I dunno.
