Do the different colored stickers mean anything (do the color of the dots give additional information about the reviewer?)? Or are they just whatever was at hand/ whichever color was fun a the time?

Good question! They were totally whichever colour was fun at the time or seemed to contrast nicely with the colour of the country in question (or not clash, or go well with the sticker next to it ... or not, depending). I thought about trying to be clever, but then I gave that up because there were just too many of them, lol. ;)
