i was sleeping, and i was having a good dream.
everything was ok and i was calm.
then i woke up.
and the panic of hurricane gustav came back to me again.
every heard of hot springs, arkansas?
yeah, me neither.
but that's where i'm evacuating to.
this is so nerve-wrecking.
"it's not a big deal, nothing's gonna happen"
yeah, bull. that's what everyone said for hurricane katrina.
so i'm packing everything.
all my clothes and whatnot, harry potter books, smallville DVD's.
which i'm pretty pissed cos my friend borrowed smallville season 2 from me, and i told her to bring it back to me cos i wanted to evacuate with it. but she forgot. and i bet ANYTHING she didn't evacuate with it. cute.
and i left my duck (a squishy pillow in the sahpe of a duck) at my friends house.
and i sleep with it, so now i'm not gonna be able to sleep cos i don't have it.
yeah PLUS, a lot of my friends aren't coming back if it floods. they'll be moving away.
including two of my BEST friends.
and now i'm scared cos i don't wanna be out of touch with any of my friends, and that's what's making me the most nervous.
i need to know where everyone is and whether they're ok or not.
