What can I say by way of introduction? I signed up for this madness, so that in and of itself tells you I have at least a small, rather passive, masochistic streak. But most of the time, I'm thoroughly, boringly sane.

I've only competed in LJI once before, in season eight, but I agree with you. The topics, deadlines, and other writers pushed me in directions I had never explored before, and I know I benefited from the experience.

Nice to meet you, and I hope this season is all you want it to be. :)

I too am adopted, and like most of the same things you do - including boobs and humor - with the notable exception being data analytics, LOL.

If you figure out how to figure out your sense of self as a writer, toss a clue-by-four in my direction, would you?

Data analytics balance my brain. Writing complex Excel formulas is one of my ways of bringing magic into the world. *geek squeek*

Don't look for that clue-by-four anytime soon. I'm just empty these days.
