Right on! He speaks from the heart and what he said is so true!
Those people who voted for it are probably divorced straights wanting nothing more than deny all gay people the right to get married legally.
They want them to be miserable just like they are.
There is more divorces in the straight community than there is in the gay community, because the gays remain loyal to their lover more than the straights do.

And yes, I am a supporter of all gays and their legal rights to get married. If I lived in CA, I would have voted it down, because love is love no matter who is the receiver of that love is. God loves ALL of his children, He never said He loves only his straight children. He said He loves ALL his children. That means gays and straight alike - He loves. So take God out of the political arena and you are left with hateful people who do not want to give the gays the right to be happy.

That was well said Beth. I couldn't have said it better myself. I was taught the same thing growing up, God loves all his children.

It is a shame that such close-minded people can come in and interpret it to suit their own ends.
